It’s inevitable, right? These kitchen renovations never go perfectly smoothly. But, Gah! Human error is annoying.
Since last we talked, we got drywall and paint. Yay!
And then we got half a floor. Booo!
I don’t want to point fingers, so all I can say is that math IS important and you DO need it when you grow up, so stay in school, kids.
Long story short, had to order 7 more boxes of tile which will take a week to come in. To fill the downtime, we are coming up with new projects around our house, like dry-walling the damaged ceiling in the master bath. Before you know it we will be knocking down the entire house and starting over. Kidding. I think.
